All prices listed in Sleek Logos are presented in US Dollar, so client should pay in US Dollar regardless of location. Client will be charged based on the logo package purchased. All fees and expenses regarding the service should be settled following the project’s completion. You must pay online via credit card or PayPal, which will require you to provide a valid credit card number and billing address. As a notification, receipt on any payments made will be sent on your e-mail.
Services
All original logo design will be created for you. Corresponding free services will be based on the logo package you purchased.
Except for the final design approved by client, Sleek Logos owns the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of all artwork, designs, edited and revised copies, and work product created for the project. Using any of these without Sleek Logos’ consent is strictly prohibited. Full copyright ownership rights will be granted to you only on the final logo design you approved.
Sleek Logos is committed to protecting your privacy. All your information will strictly be for the use of the company and for the logo project only. You will only be asked relevant information needed in creating a logo design.
You are required to respond promptly to all drafts, revisions, samples, and questions sent by designers and sales and support staff of Sleek Logos. Your responses to all e-mails, phone calls, and other communications should be clear and specific as much as possible.
If you fail to respond to any transaction either by phone or e-mail within 60 days from the date the initial logo concepts are sent to you, Sleek Logos will consider your project expired. A service reactivation fee of $30 is required if you wish to continue with the project after the 60-day period.
You will be offered unlimited revisions until project is finalized. Further request for design revision beyond the allowable thirty (30)-day revision period will be charged with service reactivation fee of $30.
Under valid reason(s), you may request for refund. The cases when request for refund will not be granted include, but not limited to: (1) you decided to immediately terminate our services without valid reason or adequate notice; (2) your company closes, change name or activity; (3) you decided to modify the entire range of the project; (4) you request for a fresh set of concepts following your receipt of initial concepts; (5) you have been identified as an owner or part of a design company or representative of somebody else within the industry; and (6) we did not hear any response from you for a period of one month or 30 days.
You can process this by accomplishing the Refund Request Form to be provided by Sleek Logos. When you have submitted the form to us, the amount you paid for a logo package will be refunded to you, less $50.00 for the service and processing fee for Logo 1000 Package; less 45% for Logos 2000 to 4000 Packages.
For credit card payment, refund will be transferred back to your credit card account, which may take up to six (6) business days to be reflected.
You should make your request for refund within seven (7) business days from the day you receive the first set of logo concepts. If your project amounts to more than $1,000, you should file your request for refund within 72 hours after your order is processed.
When the refund process has been finalized, you can no longer use, either directly or indirectly, any of Sleek Logos’ logo samples, design revisions, other work product, content or media, or any ownership interest.
Finally, let it be clear that Sleek Logos will not offer full refund if you have already purchased a logo design from our web site.
Content and design for static web site will be made and sent to the client within 10 business days from the time the accomplished web content and web design questionnaires are received by Sleek Logos. Within this timeframe, the client needs to respond promptly to every clarification about the project should there be any.
Once the content and web design are received by the client, a separate approval for the content and the design or request for revision should be signified within five (5) business days. If no feedback/comment or request is received beyond the five (5)-day period, Sleek Logos will assume that the client approves both the content and design. At this point, the said content and design will then be used in finalizing the web development. But if there are revisions on either content or design, it will take:
When the web site is completed and delivered to the client, request for major revisions on both the content and design will no longer be accepted. The client, however, can ask for minor revisions either on the content or on the design or on both within 30 business days from the delivery date. Minor revisions involve:
In any of the requests for revision on content and design made within the specified timeframe, Sleek Logos will not charge any fees to clients. But if the client asks for revision beyond the 30-business day period, corresponding charge(s) will be implemented depending on the nature of the revision to be made.
