Ordering a logo is convenient and quick with our Web-based service.
1 Order Your Logo
1. Start by choosing a package.
2. Then fill out the logo info form. This information helps us begin designing your custom logo. The more you tell us, the better we can work for you. All our design work is totally customized -- never any clipart or software-generated logos.
3. Billing. When you complete the order form, you proceed to our secure e-commerce page. Here you submit your credit card information. When we receive your order and payment, we'll open your project in our Client Area. If any information is missing or we have questions, we'll let you know at that time. Now, we begin work on your design.
2 Your First Draft
Your first draft will often arrive within 3-7 days (depending on the chosen package) following your order. The draft will be emailed to you. Reviewing the first draft is an important step and you can take the time you need to complete this step.
3 Logo Revisions
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please feel comfortable asking for any revisions at this point. For many of our clients, the first draft triggers new ideas and a change in design direction. We're happy to redesign to produce the logo you want. There are no extra charges for logo revisions.
4 Logo Approval
When you approve a concept, we will send you a package with various graphic formats of your new logo. These different formats include internet files for use on the web and scalable vector formats for traditional print media. |
