General Refunds:

We guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the logo samples in the initial design responses provided by SleekLogos, you may request a refund by completing the Refund Request form which will be provided to the Customer upon request. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, SleekLogos will refund the total payment made, less a fifty dollar ($50.00) service and processing fee. Once you request additional revisions for any of the initial concepts, works out as follows:

After 1st round to 3 rounds of revisions - 40% refund
After 3rd round of revisions - NO REFUND

Should you receive such refund, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any logo samples, design modifications, or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

The refund will not be issued on the following cases:

1. If the client has decided to change the name of the company or what it does or simply decides to terminate our services with out giving sufficient notice (at least a week) or reason
2. If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity
3. If the client has decided to change the entire requirement project scope
4. If the client requests for a fresh set of concepts (redraw) after the initial concepts
5. If the client is a design company or representing some body else (such as their client/s)
6. If we do not hear back from you for more than 1 month (30 days).

We are providing a service to our customers and not a tangible product. Once a logo design, regardless of the package that has been purchased from our website, we do not offer full refunds.

We will work closely with you and make every attempt to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
