 You are not alone. Many of our clients are unsure of what they want or need. Give us as much information as you can about what you like on the order form. Or, you can tell us "to go for it" and we're happy to do that, too.

What are the differences between your logo packages?
The eStarter package offers quickest turnaround and is just right if you're looking for a logo for Web use. If you need a black and white version and want more design concepts, choose the eAdvanced+ package. The eSupreme offers all of that plus stationery design, too.
How many designs will you send me to choose from?
It depends on the package you choose. Each design concept includes 3-5 variations.
Are there extra fees for extra colors or other details?
No. You can choose how many colors or special effects you want in your logo. Revisions are always at no cost to you. Regarding colors, you can find desired color(s) here, and write its code when you order (there`s a link at the order page, too).
When will I receive the first draft of logo designs?
It depends on the package you choose.
Logo 1000: 5 working days
Logo 2000: 4 working days
Logo 3000: 3 working days
Logo 4000: 2 working days
How will you deliver my new logo?
We will email the logo files to you. You should be able to view it easily with any graphics program ( ACDSee®, CorelDRAW®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®,...).
Can I use my new logo on my website?
Yes. You will receive a Web-ready file so you can use your logo on a website.
Where else can I use my logo?
We will send you computer files in different formats, so you can use your logo on a Mac or PC, and with commonly available software for those platforms. You will be able to use your logo in desktop publishing, on Web sites and in designing any print materials. You should use your logo everywhere you can -- on mouse pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, tote bags, pens and t-shirts.
Can I fax or call my order in?
Yes. If you prefer, you may call our real-time ecommerce partner at 1-800-845-0586 (toll free in US and Canada). We also accept orders by fax, mail, or purchase order .

What happens if I need to cancel an order you've already started on?
Sometimes a client needs to stop work on a logo he's ordered. If a project is canceled or stale-dated, some fees may apply. Check our Terms of Service.
I live in a different country. Can I order a logo from you?
Your location is no problem at all! We have designed logos for companies in USA, Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Hungary, Brazil, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The Internet enables us to work with clients in almost any country. And if you prefer to pay other than using a credit card, we accept checks, purchase orders from qualified companies and IMO's (international money orders).
Who owns the copyright to my logo?
You own your logo copyright. We just retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials.
How to open .RAR files?
Congratulations! Your logo is finally done! We will email you a compressed file of all the logo collaterals included in your package. If you are having problems opening this file, please click on the link below to download the extractor . Install this application on your computer and you are good to go. Now double click the file sent by our Project Manager and extract your logos on your desktop or to any specified folder you wish. Still encountering problems?
